Insurance Policy:
Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended. We work regularly with Travel Insured International. Rates vary based on age, cancellation value coverage and optional features. If you purchase insurance within 14 days of your initial deposit, your policy will include a waiver for pre-existing conditions provided you are capable of traveling at the time of purchase. You can choose to insure your full amount at this time, or you can purchase coverage for your deposit only and then add coverage to your full amount within 14 days after final payment. The following per person cancellation penalties will apply. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended.

Change of address:
Documents are done exclusively electronically. At least a month prior to sailing, guests will be given directions on how to check in online and how to download and print documents. Guests will be responsible for printing their own documents.
Required Documents:
Valid U. S. passport is required, and visas for US citizens are not required for Canada. The passport should be valid for at least six months after your return. Citizens of countries other than the U.S. should check with their embassy for proper documentation. We also suggest that you have a second form of ID, such as a drivers license since you might be asked to present two forms of ID in some situations.
Airfare and other arrangements:
Airline prices vary with city of departure. Please be sure that you arrive at the pier in Vancouver at least 2-1/2 hours before scheduled departure (we highly recommend arriving earlier) and that your return flight leaves from Anchorage after 12n.
Responsibility:
Sarah will be sailing on this cruise and providing entertainment for participants according to her agreement with Fan Club Cruises. Only serious illness, injury or death would prevent her from sailing. In the unlikely event that she is not able to sail, every effort will be made to provide replacement entertainer(s). In the event that replacement entertainment cannot be provided, all passengers will receive a refund of the fee designated for the performers. Cruise line cancellation penalties will apply to passenger cancellations as indicated in the cancellation policy on this website.
Other information:
Cruise lines have rules regarding accepting passengers in the later stages of pregnancy. Please check if you will be six months or later in a pregnancy. Some cruise lines do not allow a guest under age 21 in a stateroom (cabin) unless accompanied by an adult age 25 or older except for married couples or children traveling with parents in adjoining cabin.
We highly recommend you not purchase non-refundable airline tickets until after the final payment due dates.
