A non-refundable deposit of $750pp ($1,500 for a single) on balcony cabins and $500pp ($1,000 for a single) on other cabins will be due upon booking. 50% of the remaining balance due by September 1, 2026. Final payment due by February 13, 2027. Please note: if fuel prices increase significantly, the vessel may add a fuel surcharge of up to $50 per person. In addition, if the exchange rate exceeds $1.22 per euro, an exchange rate surcharge may apply. Guests who pay in full before the exchange rate exceeds $1.22 per euro will be exempt from this surcharge.

Insurance Policy:
Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended. We work regularly with Travel Insured International. Rates vary based on age, cancellation value coverage and optional features. If you purchase insurance within 21 days of your initial deposit, your policy will include a waiver for pre-existing conditions provided you are capable of traveling at the time of purchase. You can choose to insure your full amount at this time, or you can purchase coverage for your deposit only and then add coverage to your full amount within 21 days after final payment. All documents and communications will be by email so please update us if your email address changes.
Required Documents:
For US citizens: a valid US passport is required. The passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your anticipated return. The EU's new travel authorization (ETIAS) is expected to launch in late 2026. Once in effect, visa-free travelers (including US citizens) will need an ETIAS. This is a quick online application. Citizens of other countries should check with their embassy or consulate to confirm required entry documentation. We also recommend bringing a driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID showing your current address since you may need to provide proof of address when checking in for your flight.
Airfare and other arrangements:
Airfare, hotel before/after cruise and ground transfers are not included. The cruises embark in Dubrovnik and Split or vice versa. We recommend booking a multi-city flight itinerary: fly into the airport closest to the embarkation port arriving at least one day before the cruise to allow for possible flight delays, and fly home from the closest to the disembarkation port on the final day of the cruise (or later). Departing flights can be at any time of the day.
Responsibility:
Radoslav Lorkovic and Ellis Paul will be sailing on this cruise and providing entertainment for participants according to their agreement with Fan Club Cruises. Only serious illness, injury or death would prevent them from sailing. In the unlikely event that they are not able to sail, every effort will be made to provide replacement entertainer(s). In the event that replacement entertainment cannot be provided, all passengers will receive a refund of the fee designated for the performers.
Other information:
The itinerary may operate in reverse. We expect to confirm the cruise direction by June 2026, well before flight schedules open. Port stop are subject to change due to weather, port availability and operational or safety requirements. Cruise lines have specific policies regarding travel during pregnancy (please check with us if you will be six months pregnant or further along). Guests with accessibility needs should contact us in advance so we can confirm what accommodations are available as accessibility may be limited on the vessel and in some ports.
