If passengers change their address and do not notify Fan Club Cruises prior to shipment of documents, there will be a $50 charge to reroute or resend documents, if there is still time to do so. Otherwise, documents will need to be picked up at the pier and passengers will not get the information (including additional information from Fan Club Cruises) before departing. Advising the US Postal Service of an address change is not adequate since we may use other companies to deliver documents.
Valid U. S. passport is required. The passport should be valid for at least six months after your return. Citizens of countries other than the U.S. should check with their embassy for proper documentation. We also suggest that you have a second form of ID, such as a drivers license since you might be asked to present two forms of ID in some situations. You will be required to get a Cuban visa on board the ship, and we will send you appropriate forms closer to the sailing.
ARE GUESTS REQUIRED TO HAVE A VISA TO ENTER CUBA?
Yes, every guest who plans to go ashore in Cuba must have a tourist visa. You may also hear this referred to as a visitor card or entry card. Royal Caribbean can facilitate this at a cost of $75 per person, which will be automatically added to your onboard account on Day 1 of the cruise. At embarkation, you will receive your visa and you will be responsible for presenting it to Cuban authorities upon arrival in Cuba. Should you lose your visa, a new visa can be purchased onboard at an additional cost of $75. If you intend to remain onboard the ship while in Cuba, no visa is required.
Airline prices vary with city of departure. Please be sure that you arrive at the pier at least 2-1/2 hours before scheduled departure (we highly recommend arriving earlier) and that your return flight leaves after noon.
Dan Navarro will be sailing on this cruise and providing entertainment for participants according to his agreement with Fan Club Cruises. Only serious illness, injury or death would prevent him from sailing. In the unlikely event that he is not able to sail, every effort will be made to provide replacement entertainer(s). In the event that replacement entertainment cannot be provided, all passengers will receive a refund of the fee designated for the performers. Normal cruise line cancellation penalties will apply to passenger cancellations within 90 days of departure.
Note: Cruise lines have rules regarding accepting passengers in the later stages of pregnancy. Please check if you will be six months or later in a pregnancy. Some cruise lines do not allow a guest under age 21 in a stateroom (cabin) unless accompanied by an adult age 25 or older except for married couples or children traveling with parents in adjoining cabin.
Final payment is due July 31.
We highly recommend you not purchase non-refundable airline tickets until after the final payment due dates.
