Payment requirements: A deposit of $300 per person is required at time of booking.  Final payment is due no later than October 1, 2009. Those booking prior to July 31, 2009, will enjoy an additional surprise.

Cancellation policy:  No penalty for cancellations prior to June 1, 2009.  $100 per person penalty for cancellations between June 1-September 15, 2009; 90% of cruise price penalty between September 16-December 4, 2009; NO REFUND after December 5, 2009. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing to Fan Club Cruises within the time indicated. Insurance, including Trip cancellation insurance, is available and is highly recommended (click here for prices and benefits. Price for up to $1000 is $70 per person, $1500 coverage is $85 per person, and $2000.00 coverage is $99 per person (click on the prices & benefits link above for prices for additional coverage). Pre-existing conditions covered if insurance is purchased with deposit. 

Change of Address:  If passengers change their address and do not notify Fan Club Cruises prior to shipment of documents, there will be a $50 charge to reroute or resend documents, if there is still time to do so.  Otherwise, documents will need to be picked up at the pier and passengers will not get the information (including additional information from Fan Club Cruises) before departing. If airline tickets are involved, there may be additional charges for reissuing the tickets.  Advising the US Postal Service of an address change is not adequate since we usually use other companies to deliver documents.

Documentation required: Valid U. S. passport or birth certificate with a raised seal and photo ID. A hospital-issued birth certificate does not qualify.  Citizens of countries other than the U.S. should check with their embassy for proper documentation.

Air and other arrangements to get there: You may fly or drive to Los Angeles or Long Beach from most major cities. Rates vary with city of departure. Please be sure that, if arriving by air, you arrive by noon and that your return flight leaves no earlier than 1:00pm. Los Angeles Airport is a 45-minute ride from the pier; Long Beach is closer but airfares may be less competitive.

Responsibility:  Lowen & Navarro will be sailing on this cruise and providing entertainment for participants according to their agreement with Fan Club Cruises.  Only serious illness, injury or death would prevent them from sailing.  In the unlikely event that they are not able to sail, every effort will be made to provide replacement entertainer(s).  In the event that replacement entertainment cannot be provided, all passengers will receive a refund of the fee designated for the performers.  Normal cruise line cancellation penalties will apply to passenger cancellations within 75 days of departure.  

Note: Cruise lines have rules regarding accepting passengers in the later stages of pregnancy. Please check if you will be six months or later in a pregnancy. Some cruise lines do not allow a guest under age 21 in a stateroom (cabin) unless accompanied by an adult age 25 or older except for married couples or children traveling with parents in adjoining cabin.

We highly recommend you not purchase non-refundable airline tickets until after the final payment due dates.
